Our Mission:
To serve in faith, educate with love, and bring hope to the impoverished youth of Sichuan 四川China.
The mission of Thanksgiving Action is to meet the educational needs of students handicapped by poverty in the mountainous regions of GuiZhou, China. In the Summer of 2010, we were presented with the opportunity to expand TGA to various regions of Sichuan, teaching students attending trade schools. Their needs are met through the collaborative efforts of Chinese College Volunteers and United States Volunteers who work to inspire learning, instill values, and institute an unforgettable summer experience for local teachers, students, and orphans.
